Olympic Fever

The Olympic torch was recently lit and the excitement for London 2012 in the air is palpable. Olympic fever has hit Photolux Studio when Chris Lalonde photographed 5 Canadian Paralympic athletes for the "Super Athlete" campaign.

These photos are almost as beautiful and inspiring as the athletes themselves...

Recent Accomplishments

Once again our commercial photographer genius Chris Lalonde has been recognized with some recent praise and we wanted to acknowledge his success here and share some of his winning shots with you.

First off, he has been nominated for a National Magazine Award for a recent food story in Ottawa Magazine. With almost 2,000 entries, we're very proud that he's down to the final few. The awards will be announced on June 7 at an awards gala and we'll be wearing our "Team Chris" t-shirts.

Secondly, Chris has also received a Canadian Urban Transit Association (CUTA) award for his "We Get You Where You're Going" campaign that was launched in York last Fall. Take a look at the winning campaign....
